To apply to become a homestay host please click here for our online host application

After processing your application, you will join our database of homestay hosts for the area in which you live. You will be contacted by one of our homestay coordinators to arrange a suitable time for an interview and house inspection. Before receiving a student, you must send us a signed a copy of our Terms & Conditions for Hosting, which must be completed and returned to us before the arrival of the student.
A copy of our Guidelines for Hosting an international student will be posted to you once we have received the signed forms and a date for student arrival has been decided.

  • Fill in all questions carefully and neatly answering all relevant questions or else the processing of your application may be delayed.
  • Do not fax or email any item which requires your personal signature.
